7 day return & exchange

Every jewellery and product of Mohanjee is certified and is cross-checked for quality, however, at any point of time, if you feel that you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from us, you can request a full refund or exchange within 7 days from the day of receipt of the product. For us to process your refund, the product should be in its original condition. You can return any of our products except for ones that have been customized for you. We will only accept the product without custom engraving, in its original condition and with the certification. The value of the product being returned should not exceed Rs. 1,00,000/- in case of Jewellery and Rs. 5,00,000/- in case of Solitaires.

The products that are customised to you cannot be returned back and no refund will be provided

Our 7-day No Questions asked Return Policy gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. If you need to return it for any reason, we'll happily provide you with a 100% full refund or exchange.

Exceptions: Jewellery purchased against old gold of other jewellers, purchased under JOI scheme, Purchased at a discount, Gold Coins and Gold Bars.

Love it or Exchange it

You can exchange your jewellery piece within 15 days for a full store credit equal to the original purchase price of the article. No cash or electronic refund will be issued. The store credit can be applied towards the purchase of other jewellery articles offered by Mohanjee.

45 Day Guarantee

After 15 days and within 45 days, 10% restocking fees will apply and the rest will be given as store credit. We encourage you to check its sale value under our Lifetime exchange policy. You can choose the better deal between the two.

We are unable to return or exchange your jewellery under this policy, if your merchandise is not in the original condition in which it was sold. Mohanjee Jewellers reserve the right to accept , and the right to reject any Jewellery article offered for return or exchange and can modify/change the policy without any prior notice.

We Buy Gold: Any gold article not falling under or return policy shall be purchased as old gold.

Lifetime exchange policy

Mohanjee offer a Lifetime Exchange Policy any time… even after 30 days. We offer a lifetime exchange on all our jewellery. It’s easy to avail the opportunity, you only have to ensure that the product in question is in its original condition (diamonds/stones should be intact). The piece may then be exchanged for or upgraded to any other item. You’d have to present the Original Certification Card while exchanging the product. You may return/exchange your Mohanjee Jewellery according the following details:

Jewellery products consisting of studded Diamonds shall be Exchanged against other diamond jewellery at 80% of current market value

Jewellery products consisting only of Gem stones shall be Exchanged against other Gem Stones at 70% of current market value.

Plain Gold Jewellery including Italian, un-studded products shall be Exchanged at 100% of the current market value.

Solitaire Diamonds shall be Exchanged against solitaire diamonds at 90% of current market value, subject to a value limit of Rs. 10,00,000/-.

Silver jewellery products cannot be exchanged.

In all cases, the current market value will be determined by Mohanjee.com.
